 theme chosen for this year is “Public Private Partnership (PPP) in W
 aterfront Development”, which focuses on the key issues and provides
  examples of successful public-private waterfront developments from an
  international perspective. The conference will look at the different 
 ways that waterfronts have been developed, the types of uses and the p
 artnership structures used so that both the public policy objectives a
