METCALFE; Generally, I think the best indicator of future real estate activity is job growth. We are seeing slight but steady improvement in job creation nationally and the projections for Central Texas continue to be strong. As a result, we are feeling bullish regarding real estate activity over the next couple of years, and I am especially excited about the possibilities in Central Texas. Based on my discussions with clients, consultants and others involved in the real estate industry, I think multifamily will continue to be the most active area of development in 2012.
