Kalliste Property Management and Real Estate is very focused on Hospitality developments, as an alumni of the Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne, MBA (www.ehl.ch), I have given consultance and asisted in the development of hospitality projects in Italy. I must confirm though that many projects have been put on hold over the past year and in spite of great investment opportunities, those investment appeared to be still considered too risky due to the difficulties faced by the hospitality industry.
I believe that it is time to plan, make the most of sales opportunities, renovate properties at lower costs and be ready with exclusive properties when marlet picks up. Time to move forward
