Create buzz and develop your relationships

Role, what role? - that's the owner's problem. At least, that is the impression deprived from my contacts with agents when I suggest that they add this important arrow to their quiver. I could use some education here. Is it not the responsible of the commercial agent to have a body of knowledge on as many ways possible that an owner (or purchaser) of a property can benefit from little-known or understood elements of the tax law? Would love to hear from any and all. As a BTW, I am delivering a workshop on the use of Social Networks for opening and closing deals. Let me know if anyone reading this might find it of interest.

I would like to join your group for opening and closing deals. I am an experienced commercial real estate broker for 28 years.
Not exactly a "group" as much as RE pro's who have work in commercial RE and who would like to bring another benefit to the table and distinguish themselves from the competition. Do write me: jashton@cfoadvisors.com for details.
