Some of you have expressed interest in watching live auctions of distressed property, in part to keep up with market developments, partly to learn about the format for future auctions and in part because auctions can be fascinating by themselves. NAI Global is holding their first national PowerSale auction on May 1 at 1 PM EST.
If you go to the PowerSale site approximately 30 minutes before the 1PM EDT start time ( http://powersale.naiglobal.com/ ) there will be a "Watch Live Auction" button that appears in the large countdown clock box. To watch, just click on the button and an Adobe Flash interface will load. Properties up for auction include retail, office, land and industrial properties across the US.
