IPO Bucking the Crisis Trend
Mainland property firm Renhe Commercial Holdings says it will go ahead with its initial public offering to raise as much as HK$5.13 billion (US$660ml), bucking the trend of other listing candidates that have either called off or postponed their Hong Kong listings amid the falling market. The operator and developer of standalone underground shopping centres in Mainland cities plans to raise about HK$4.2-5.13 billion (US$541-660 ml).
