Hi Brian,


I would be contacting you later on hopefully next week. At the moment I am waiting for my final papers from the regulators to start our very own commercial brokerage corporation, which I will be sending you details of. Re insurance I have more than 25 years experience in insurance but since then have changed my career, (although I still kept my qualifications and can hopefully still help you out with any pointers etc you may require) and am concentrated on commercial real estate broking and am able to help you out finding lands etc. Re funding what I am presently doing is commercial mortgages and loans. Re equity investors, I do have loads of contacts to whom I can forward brief details of your project to,without exposing too much info, who might be interested in a JV. Will talk hopefully within the next week or so.

I'm currently seeking partners to develop a high end luxury "Fractional Ownership" resort. This will be a truly unique property offering luxury accommodations, spa, fitness facilities plus it's own vineyard and yacht club! Equity or JV participation welcome.
