- A business administration graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Charlie became General Partner of Foxworth Real Estate Co., Ltd., in 1998. Charlie is responsible for project management and development. His experience in marketing and successful sales record serve him well in relationships with commercial and industrial clients.
Charlie is the 2008 recipient of the Texas Association of Realtors William C. Jennings Award. Also known as the Lone Star Award, the honor recognizes the year's best commercial transaction in the State of Texas.
Charlie is a native of Beaumont and is an active participant in local and civic affairs. He is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club and Chairman of the Keep Beaumont Beautiful Commission. He was the 2008 President of the Beaumont Board of Realtors,©on the executive committee of the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce, Chair of the Southeast Texas Economic Development Foundation, and is a past president of the Apartment Association of Southeast Texas,
EDUCATION
Charlie earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991.

WORK HISTORY
After college, Charlie went to work for Dell Computer in 1991 where he received many sales awards including the Excellence under Fire award for critical decision making under pressure.
After returning to Beaumont in 1996, Charlie went to work for Foxworth Real Estate Corporation, and went on to purchase the company in 1998, when it became Foxworth Real Estate Co.,Ltd.
In 1997, Charlie’s experience in marketing earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in Real Estate. This is known as the “PhD” of Commercial Real Estate. In 2000, he earned membership into SIOR (Society of Office and Industrial REALTORS©) based on educational achievement and Real Estate sales volume. Charlie remains an active member of SIOR and CCIM, and is the only REALTOR© in Southeast Texas to hold both designations.
Charlie Foxworth continues to pursue educational endeavors and tries to “learn something new every day.”

PERSONAL
A third generation Beaumonter, Charlie is married to Blair (a former elementary school teacher). They have two children, Jay and Sarah. Charlie and his family are members of Trinity United Methodist Church. Charlie has completed 3 marathons.
