- Cory Spanko is owner and Designated Broker for Covenant Commercial Real Estate LLC, specializing in the sale, leasing and management of industrial properties in the Phoenix, Arizona area.
Prior to starting Covenant Commercial, Spanko served as an industrial agent for Wiley & Associates, a small boutique brokerage in Phoenix for nine years, and then as Senior Advisor with Sperry Van Ness for a year plus. In addition to brokerage work, he managed several commercial properties for various owners. Primarily working with owner/users at Wiley and SVN, Spanko brokered an average of twenty-five transactions per year over his ten-year career.
Spanko is a trained music professional, and spent several years performing as a jazz drummer in the phoenix area, and now serves on the worship team of one of the largest churches in the Valley. He is a former private drum teacher, and continues to be called on for consulting and clinics.
In his leisure, Cory enjoys spending time with his family, playing the drums, piano and guitar, golf and entertaining friends. He and his wife, Becky, and their eight children make their home in Peoria.
