It's amazing that the world's richest country also has the worst foreclosure rate! More than 2m people were driven out of their homes because they lose their jobs.Subprime woes only occur in US when greed overwhelm sanity.When people leverage 500% buying 5 properties when they can't even afford one! And banks lend blindly and securitize their risk. That's a perfect combination for disaster.I'm buying low end distressed properties in US so I can put people back to their homes.
