- David Ariola, Founder and Managing Partner
David has a very unique set of expertise that encompasses the entire real estate life cycle – from site selection and complex real estate transactions to development, construction and occupancy. David is also responsible for managing, growing and setting the strategic direction of the firm.
David is an expert in tenant representation and leasing, dispositions and other commercial transactions. David’s expertise includes the complete project delivery phase including financing, entitlements and construction management. He has a comprehensive understanding of complex financing structures including TIF, tax credits and other governmental incentives and their implications for corporate and not-for-profit owners.
David’s recent brokerage transaction clients include Mercy Housing, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit developers, MB Financial Bank, a $10B local bank and Metra, the local commuter rail agency in Illinois. He has performed project delivery services for over $500 million worth of development projects.
Before founding Chicago Realty Company and merging with Daccord, David was a Senior Vice President and Director at U.S. Equities Realty. Reporting directly to the Chairman, David was responsible for business development and cross selling across all business lines and managing integrated teams to deliver services. David started his career with large commercial contractors such as Perini where he helped establish their Chicago office.
David lives in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood with his wife and two children. He is an avid cyclist, skier, yogi and reader.
