Hello amigo como estas?? Hope you had a chance to relax a bit after this crazy week. I did not anticipate such changes in the banking and real estate when I founded CREOPoint.com five months ago with Brian and former executives from Citibank, Morgan Stanley and E&Y.

Many of our friends on CREOPoint.com are concerned about what this mess could mean to them and to their clients. Others feel like that can only rely on themselves and need to network more. Our response has been to create a “global financial crisis group” on CREOPoint. I personally look forward to your views on http://creopoint.com/group/globalfinancialcrisis. I don't think they'll be as pretty as the pictures you kindly posted but we need to also know what's happening in your region. Claro que si?

Best, JC

how do I provide a link between each blog entry and can you give me some ideas of Tag words?

Can I treat my CREOpoint site like it is my own personal blog, make daily comments if I like, observations about latin america, real estate market, etc. Or just post occasional 3 or more pragraph articles / commentarios? It is open to the Web or just to CREOpoint luminaries?

Muy Cool, Hermano.
The perfect scenario is to post your content in both, and provide a link to each other blog entry - this makes them show up higher in Google rankings. Make sure you add "Tags" - key words that are also picked up by Google (and now Cuil).

Thank you for the comments, lad. Hope you are enjoying the delightful Canadian Summer. I have not had a chance to really investigate the CREOPOINT site, but am slowly but surely working down my list of things to do so I should get at it before too long. I think it is a great idea. I hope we can reach critical mass before any competition. I will add my info (but not today - working on other things) probably by next weekend - I know how important that can be so I appreciate your personal attention to this.

I would like to start blogging - really. Sometimes I get great ideas / interesting observations - at least I think so. NAI has also set up an NAI site blog - can I submit any blog material to both sites or somehow cross reference?

Cheerio, David

David, so nice to see that you joined the CREOPoint community!
While we are still in "pre-launch mode" early adopters like you will have a head start in being recognized in the community.

If you get a chance, I hope you'll provide more details in yoru profile. This will improve your rankings in search engines when prospects from around the world search. Adding key words in the "Haves" place on your profile will also help people identify your expertise.

I know you're a professional development guru, and if you post some of the great stuff you send around to your friends, this will be of great benefit to the community.
Posting a blog is easy - Click on the Video link in the top menu to find out how.
By actively adding good content to groups, community members stand out - I'm sure that many of your LatAm colleagues could do so, and raise their profile on the web, and in CREOPoint.

If you would be open to sharing your insights and opinions about the site via a 10-15 minute interview, please let me know.
Your ideas and observations will help us build a stronger community.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or ways that we can enhance CREOPoint services to members, in whatever way you prefer! (Either directly through the site, brianfrench@creopoint.com, via phone 1 416 803 5301 or skype brian.french.toronto).
Hope to see you before too long.
Best regards and a warm welcome,
Brian
