A large Hotel/Resort in the U.S. requiring $850 Million.
A Casino Hotel Purchase in the Turks/Caicos.
In 2007 I was directly involved in negotiating the $3B purchase of the 3 Trump properties in Atlantic City NJ which did Not close.
I represent an investor looking to purchase large shopping centers anchored by Big Box Stores with long term leases. They are also interested in large scale Sale/Lease-Backs. Both in the hundreds of millions US
I prefer to work directly with principals or direct representatives. NO broker chains...
