Hi David,
Denny is among the best men I ever met. Successful (very), self made (indeed), credible and trustworthy (for sure), fun (he is a treat to be around), loyal (to a fault).
Great you posted your pic and let me assure you we (and the community) can learn as much from you as you can from us.
Please don't hesitate to cross post your content here - its very well done and will be much appreciated.
Cheers
Brian

Hello David,

Welcome to CREOPoint.

I read your pieces about Lehman and global warming with interest. Agree with you we need to “really invest.” We also need to improve collaboration between “green” CRE professionals around the world, which is one of the things some of our members have told us they are interested in doing on CREOPoint.

Looking forward to your insights.

Best, JC

Hi David - welcome to CREOPoint - I've been checking out your site for the last few months.
You have a perspective that we don't often see in our end of the business (from a legal POV) and since we're trying to get perspectives from all professions in CRE, yours is very valued.
Ever run into my friends at NAI Hiffman??
If you have any questions about CREOPoint, please feel free to ask - though I suspect that you have a pretty good handle on how to move around a site...
Make yourself at home and feel free to provide any insight on the content we have, add any content you wish and enjoy.
All the best from the other big Great Lakes City.
Brian
