I have clients from Canada investing in a business in Atlanta. EB5 visas/green cards are fairly easy to get. If anyone is interested in the EB5 program, let me know.

I know a lot of residential agents actually make more contacts with FB than LinkedIn. However, commercial is a whole different animal.

Hi Dianne, good to hear from you. Where the Dubai events go from here has much to do with the response from Abu Dhabi. On one hand, a no further bailout message may be highly disruptive and painful in the short term and can domino into other markets but on the other hand, debt restructurings and debt elimination is healthier for the long term. Hope it all turns out OK for your husband (it always does somehow!). Also hope you enjoy the rest of your Thanksgiving weekend. Best, JC
