Managed the acquisition, re-development, property management, leasing and eventual sale of a 2 million sq. ft., 200 acre, industrial facility and a 2,000 acre residential lake resort. Sr. Director, Development, Universal Studios, Inc., Los Angeles, CA and Orlando, FL 1995 to 1997
Directed the planning and development of the $200 million CityWalk urban retail/entertainment center at Universal Studios Florida theme park, a 350,000 SF collection of world famous restaurants, nightclubs, theaters, retail and entertainment facilities.
