Fannie Mae to draw another $15B from the Emergency Fund
Fannie Mae draws on Emergency Fund again w/negative CF ahead and $2.6B in LIHTC to dispense. Signaling that the residential market is still not out of the woods just when the commercial is about to drop the other shoe.
