I lost three good transactions last year due to the difficulty banks put in the way of my clients on solid, cash-flowing properties. It makes me wonder what the banks are doing with the bailout monies they have gotten so far......

It's kind of funny - I'm so busy that I have no time to read the newspaper - I'm a political junky and didn't work on the last Cdn General Election at all (usually I'll run a campaign) and woke up and heard on the news that Obama won the US election.
This site could be valuable for staying up to date if we Toronto people could get together a specific news group and discussion - we'd likely need at least a hundred people from Big TO participating - would be great if you and a couple of others could push that. For the next while I'm too busy to lead it but I can read it...
A Toronto job board and opportunity board would be great too.... That I'll start.
Off to Ottawa in the morning. Again.
