- Sold the 801 Tower, a 26 story 425,000 SF Class A office building in Los Angeles
- Sold the 4th largest data center in the U.S. – The 800,000 SF Exxon Center in Houston, Texas
- Sold the Atrium at Collin Ridge (Texas) for $65 Million
- Sold the Melrose Hotel in Dallas, Texas for $42 Million
- Sold the Hilton Hotel and Office Tower in Pasadena valued in excess of $80 Million
