As an advocate and advisor for companies who lease or own real estate, Mr. Ashley has worked for over 15 years to help business leadership translate business strategy into real estate solutions helps not only cut cost but boost profits. He believes that real estate can enable high level business performance and, when properly executed, serve to differentiate smart companies from their competition. Mr. Ashley has assisted clients in procuring more than 30 million square feet of real estate. He applies a strategic, yet common sense approach to delivering results oriented solutions to clients. This approach allows C&W to develop long-term consultative relationships focused on a high level real estate strategy rather than simply finding space and negotiating a lease from a limited one-time perspective.

Achievements:

Mr. Ashley is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) where he served as the 2009 Georgia Chapter President. Also he has earned his CCIM designation and is a member of the leading industry organization, CoreNet, where he serves as a regular speaker in front of global directors of real estate. He has spoken at the last five CoreNet Global Summits and has ranked in the top 10% of all faculties garnering the CoreNet “Luminary” award. He has also earned the coveted Masters of Commercial Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet, which denotes specialized competence and recognized Mr. Ashley as an expert in corporate real estate.

Mr. Ashley is Co-Chairman of the Million Dollar Club for the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, and is a Phoenix Member which recognizes at least 10 years of membership. A 1990 graduate of the University of Georgia he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration. He is the recipient of C&W’s 2003 Service Excellence Award, C&W Atlanta Deal of the Year in 2006 and 2007, and is regularly a top producer in the Atlanta marketplace and around the nation.

Community:

Mr. Ashley, an Eagle Scout, serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. He is a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award, the highest award a local council can bestow upon a volunteer. He also serves Scouting on the National level as one of twenty members of the National Properties Committee responsible for all high adventure bases in Scouting. Mr. Ashley also serves on the Board of Governors for the City Club of Buckhead. He attends Alpharetta First United Methodist Church where he serves on the Nominating Committee. He and his wife, and four children reside in the Atlanta suburb of Dunwoody.
