· Assignment Highlight:
o Appointed as Receiver as part of a mortgage foreclosure complaint. The property was a residential condominium complex that was partially complete. The specific Receiver duties included: maintenance and repairs, completion of construction, management of operating account and insurance policies, record keeping and reporting, ensuring all Receiver Assets were in compliance with all laws and regulations and listing and sale of mortgaged properties.
