I find your credentials and expertise fascinating. I have a couple of quick questions.
Do you have and in house appraiser or do you use somebody specifically depending on the geographical location of your projects??
I've been struggling here in Puerto Rico convincing the local banking industry to embrace the green building movement. Sadly I've encountered much skepticism and denial. How have you been able to overcome the financing aspect in your projects??
