- Maxwell Finn is a 22 year old entrepreneur, who has been involved in 5 start-ups in various industries. Currently, he is a dean’s list student at Babson College (3.65 cumulative GPA, 4.0 concentration GPA) concentrating in entrepreneurship. Maxwell is a Beta Gamma Sigma member, the international business honor society as he is in the top 10% of his class. Prior to attending Babson, Maxwell studied at Emory University in Atlanta, GA for two years. While at Emory he was nominated for the Global Student Entrepreneur award both Freshman and Sophomore year.
Maxwell is also an avid blogger and took his last blog, the4eblog to an Alexa ranking of 35,000. The blog won several awards and he was featured on the front page of top social media blogs, such as Social Media Today & Junta42. He was listed as a top young blogger as stated by retireat21.com. Several of his blog posts were published on a weekly basis in the New York and New England Real Estate Journal.
Maxwell was the full time SEO & Social Media Marketing manager for NAI Global, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in the world. During his time at NAI he planned & developed the corporate blog at http://blogs.naiglobal.com, a company fan page on Facebook, a YouTube network & a Twitter account for NAI Global (3,500+ Followers). He organically optimized the NAI corporate website for all major and niche search engines & established a powerful presence on all commercial real estate blogs & social networks. At the 2009 NAI Global Convention he was part of a panel of marketing experts, speaking on the topic of social media marketing in the real estate industry. Most recently, he launched a blog development initiative for NAI's member firms throughout the world. He personally secured $80,000 of funding from the NAI Marketing Council by making a presentation on the value of blogging in the commercial real estate industry. Since the launch of this initiative 41 member firms have signed up & are now part of the NAI blogging network.
