Like most foreigners, before visiting Colombia (Bogota, Medellin, the North East), I was scared and had no idea how beautiful your country is.
I was also impressed with people there. In a previous life I was a consultant in the field of foreign investment attraction. I had a unique opportunity to work in Colombia directly as an advisor to President Uribe. He is one the most impressive men I have ever met. I stayed at his summer residence in Cartagena, which was also quite an experience.
I am bullish about Colombia and its medium term prospects. Would appreciate your telling CREOPoint members around the world more about commercial real estate opportunities there (not residential, which is not the focus of this site). We'll feature your post. Gracias
