Prior to joining Colliers International, Paul began his professional career by graduating in the top 10% of the Naval Nuclear Power School and serving as a reactor operator on the carrier USS Carl Vinson. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from DeVry University (Summa Cum Laude) while working full time at Pitney-Bowes.
He began in real estate by working for CoStar Group, the nation’s largest commercial real estate research organization. After working for CoStar, he continued in his real estate career working for Equity, a leading Healthcare Developer, as a leasing and sales associate.
Paul then went on to be a co-founder of Medical Realty Advisors.
