Managing Member of Buonicore Partners, LLC
Peter L. Cashman is currently Managing Partner of Building Energy Performance News an entity wholly owned by Buonicore Partners, LLC.
He was a founding officer of Environmental Data Resources, Inc, an eCommerce environmental information services company, funded by Bain Capital and Trident Capital. In addition he was CEO of Sanborn Map Company, acquired by EDR in 1996. The enterprise was sold in 1999 to the Daily Mail and General Trust plc, of London, UK.
Prior to EDR, he was President and co-founder of BCA Environmental Services, Inc, providing environmental consulting, pollution control equipment manufacturing and laboratory services. When sold in 1990 the enterprise had grown to 40 offices with annual sales in excess of 100 million dollars.
From 1977 to 1981, he served as EVP of York Research Corporation.
From 1970 – 1977 Peter was a CT State Senator and president pro-tem of the Senate. He later served as Director of the Office of Regional Operations, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Washington, DC.
He currently serves on numerous Boards, including Connecticut Innovations Inc (CI), and the Eli Whitney Advisory and Investments Committee, of CI.
He is a graduate of Yale University with a degree in American Studies.
Mr. Cashman is an active real estate investor in commercial property.
