Congratulations for your liftoff in Belize. CREOPoint is a site exclusively for commercial real estate professionals so we'd appreciate your limiting your posts to multifamily or CRE investments. For example the group Sibley Partners does not seem relevant to our members per comments recently received. I hope you'll understand we had to remove it. You are welcome to create another group that less self promotional (e.g., Caribbean or Chicago multifamily).

Your private island is progressing very nicely. Below is a short list of the progress we are making towards preparing the land and getting it ready for breaking new ground in the coming months.
CONSTRUCTION UPDATES:
* Power cable is being laid between San Pedro and our islands
* Our deep water dock is complete
* We are delivering several tons of sand and gravel each week
* The land behind the coves is cleared
* Each week several tons of sand is dredged, creating our beaches
As all of you know, Scott the developer of the project has invested the past 7 years preparing for 2008! In order to develop a world class resort on a private island it takes moxie, fortitude, patience and money! Years before any of us knew about this project, Scott was strategically buying up the islands, negotiating the power, getting surveys, permits, environmental studies and positioning himself and our project as the most unique and important development in Belize. He built a model home and tested the waters in 2007. At the end of the year, he had a breakthrough concept of giving investors options on the property. This move gives investors all of the reward, with literally no risk!
