Is the Founding Partner, President and Director of Development at Cityzen bringing to Cityzen extensive experience and a wealth of knowledge in real estate development. Cityzen and its sister company Dominus are a multi-faceted Real Estate Developer and Constructor respectively, currently operating in the Southern Ontario market. Cityzen’s comprehensive approach, providing complete real estate services that span the entire spectrum of real estate sectors, has enabled the company to quickly maximize its competitive advantages and gain a strong foothold in the marketplace.
Description of extent and depth of relevant experience: Between 1979 and 1981, employed with the marketing and sales arm of a major Canadian builder, played a key role in the success of the Glen Abbey Golf Course Community in the Town of Oakville, which remains to this day, a model, planned community. In 1981, formed Repcor Realty Limited, a firm specializing in commercial real estate, land assembly and investment property. Was instrumental in the assembly of land on behalf of Camrost Development Corporation in the creation of the Madison Centre and then through Edilcan Development Corporation, the construction of Madison Centre. In 1984, with his family formed Edilcan Development & Construction Corporation and through an interest in Camrost Development Corporation was involved in a myriad of residential and office commercial projects throughout the GTA. Since 1981, has been involved in the creation of many notable luxury condominium projects and most recently:
• Signatures on Bloor at Yonge, built and occupied
• Monaco at Yonge and Finch, built and occupied
• Elev’n21 on Bay at Charles, built and occupied
• The Hemingway at Edwards Gardens, built and occupied
• 88 on Broadway, Broadway and Redpath, under construction
• Absolute One in the centre of Mississauga, built and occupied
• A2 Absolute Two in the centre of Mississauga, built and occupied
• Vision in the centre of Mississauga, under construction
• Absolute World “Marilyn” Phase 4 & 5 in the centre of Mississauga, under construction
• The Essence in the Kingsway , in occupancy
• London on the Esplanade, under construction
• Aria, Leslie and Sheppard (Bloorview MacMillan), Phase 1 & 2, under construction, Aria Town Homes, coming to market Fall 2008

Has been involved in the acquisition, planning and development of a number of diverse and challenging projects, these include: The Brampton Centre for Sports and Entertainment, in the City of Brampton; The Madison Centre in the city of North York; Beaver Creek Business Park, in the Town of Richmond Hill; York-Vaughan Industrial/Commercial Centre, York-Jane, The Vaughan Business Park, The Crossroads in the City of Vaughan; Bayview-400 Business Park in the City of Barrie; Villeray/Barnumtown, and Oaklane Homes in the Town of Aurora; Geminian in the Community of Woodbridge; and the Fairways in the City of Guelph.
Past corporate associations include: Addison Realty Corporation, a firm specializing in the marketing and sales of new homes; Terracon Development Corporation, where as a co-founder he was engaged in the planning and development of residential land in the greater Toronto area, with projects in Whitby, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, King, Vaughan, Bolton, Brampton and Mississauga.
Oversees a management team with extensive backgrounds in construction and development management, having a reputation for delivering superior results. Through a network of strategic alliances and partnerships, combined with in-house expertise, Cityzen has in a relatively short period of time adopted a leadership role in the industry.
