- Mr. Perry is an Office Tenant Representative with the Eidson Group, LLC. In that capacity, he is charged with providing strategic planning and real estate solutions to his clients by offering a comprehensive understanding of their overall corporate goals and objectives. He then leverages his in-depth market knowledge and understanding of current market conditions in order to align his clients’ real estate needs with their business strategy. His primary focus is on headquarters relocations, regional office locations, property acquisitions, and dispositions, subleasing and lease renewals for local and multi-market clients. Mr. Perry provides real estate consulting services and detailed financial analyses during all phases of a real estate acquisition or disposition assignment, while acting as the single point of accountability and contact for his clients. Before joining The Eidson Group, LLC, Mr. Perry was a part of a top-producing Atlanta office at CB Richard Ellis. He has represented companies such as Industriaplex, Cubellis, Advantage Sales and Marketing, Darden Restaurants, and Jocks II.
A native Atlantan, Mr. Perry attended Georgia State University where he earned his BBA in Sales and Marketing. He is a member of the Atlanta Board of Commercial Realtors.
