South West Detroit 2 Apartment Buildings Up for Sale

These two buildings are worth about $300k each. Total portfolio is worth $600k. This is a quick sale and I only want $205,000 for both buildings... If you can close within 72 hours I will throw in a photography studio building. There is a liquor license in escrow with one of my apartment buildings. Need NY and CA Commercial REO. I've been down some dark alleys and keep coming up with these non performing notes. I have serious buyers and they want serious product. I understand these are tier 1 states but at the very least can someone throw me a bone here. If you don't have the entire package send me a blurb on what you have available and we can piece it together. My minimum transaction for this buyer is $100 M.
