- Tim has more than 15 years consulting experience and heads the UK Real Estate team for ERM.
During this time, Tim has provided a diverse range of consulting services including environmental and health and safety due diligence assessments, site investigation and remediation services and regulatory compliance assessments to a large number of global corporate and financial service businesses. A key part of Tim's work has been on the delivery of complex projects within challenging timeframes combined with the presentation of the findings in a concise manner and in the wider commercial context of the deal/project.
Over the last three years, Tim has worked with a wide range of real estate advisors/practitioners in the delivery of environmental solutions during the acquistion, ownership and divestiture of Real Estate assets. One of the key shifts that we have seen in the current markets is an increasing awareness around the need to reduce operating costs within the day-to-day operation of the business. This has also extended to the remediation of sites and the need to seek closure on this issues in a more cost and time efficient way.
