Investment proposal for SOCHI (the host city for the 2014 XXII Olympic and XI Paralympic Winter Games), Saint-Petersburg (The Venice of the North) and Finland (the best country in the world by the magazine Newsweek /08.2010)
We've got some lucrative investment projects in SOCHI, Saint-Petersburg (Russia) and Finland. Currently we're looking for investors/developers, especially in the Hotel and recreational business and residential (private) sector.
In Russia’s rising gem SOCHI – which is chosen the host city for the 2014 XXII Olympic and XI Paralympic Winter Games and the 2018 FIFA World Cup we're looking for partner – world-class investor having good honored reputation to realize hotel building project (four-stars rating with 200 beds). The hotel will be situated second line of a coast and is due to be operated under the well-known international hotel brand. Required investment: 10-20 millions USD.
Also we have conceived our own idea of the Eco-Hotel (moderate star-rating) which would have LEED or BREEAM certification also situated second line of a coast close to the near-shore Olympic cluster in Sochi.
Besides that we have hi-class RESORT projects with a broad set of investment options in Tsarskoe Selo (Saint-Petersburg's suburb) and in Finland (near the borderline oriented for the persistent russian tourists flaw) and yet more projects - according to one's interests.
