beta launch of trendycharts.com

As a commercial real estate professional, turned web application developer, the issue of what is going on or how is it being done, or how many of us are doing it, seemed to be the theme of many commonly asked questions I hear today. In testing so many different technologies and products and working with programmers all over the world, the thought of polling trends came to mind. It sparked a thought to put trendycharts.com to the test.
