European Real Estate in 2010
I am quietly optimistic about 2010. Of course it will be tough - we are all expecting to work twice as hard to make headway - but there is more optimism than the beginning of last year and property professionals have started to focus their time on specific projects. There is a mini investment boom in the UK which helps people's optimism but my Dutch and German colleagues who are not experiencing the UK boom are also seeing improvements in sentiment.
