This coincides with the launch of Secure Legal Title Ltd, a new provider of Title Insurance and Legal Indemnities services, that my partners Sean Dalton, Joel Peck and I have established in London. Our Senior Underwriter is Geoffrey Lynch.
Secure Legal Title will offer insurance services to mitigate legal risks of property acquisition and finance, throughout the European Union for investors, developers, end-users, as well as their mortgage lenders.
