The long-awaited opening of acclaimed True Food Kitchen in Bethesda, MD is scheduled for Wednesday, June 14, 2017. This sophisticated, healthy dining concept will occupy the entire 6,400 square foot retail space in Washington Property Company’s Solaire Bethesda luxury apartment community, which delivered in late 2016 and has been leasing rapidly.

True Food at Solaire Bethesda will feature a lively dining room with an open kitchen designed to bring guests closer to its culinary craft. A small outdoor patio will seat approximately 30-35 guests in season. Natural woods and vibrant, locally-inspired artwork will add a contemporary touch to the earthy color scheme, natural elements, and greenery that will include indoor/outdoor garden basins filled with fresh herbs and spices.
